Fitness center chain Grupo Duet employs the virtual assistant XHolo AR to improve user’s experience
Grupo Duet has recently installed a virtual assistant in augmented reality at the center Duet Fit La Rotonda (Barcelona). It is the first fitness center to count on this device, created by DigaliX.
The assistant has been designed according to the look of the center’s manager, who funnily greets and cheers up the users, in addition to interacting with them in different languages. Augmented reality causes this character to merge into the real environment.
So far, the assistants we had created were an animated character who fitted the customer’s corporate image. In this case, the assistant’s identity is complete!
After this phase, more XHolo AR assistants will be implemented in the other centers during 2018: a tool that improves the user’s experience by optimizing the time they spend at the gym. This causes the waiting at the reception desk to be shorter, and it also allows specialists to dedicate more time to the guiding of people training in the gym.
Since Grupo Duet was founded in 2002, the fitness center chain has always bet on technology to get solutions that think of the client as top priority.
